Thank you for purchasing tickets from Northeast Footprint. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Ticket Refunds
All ticket sales are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Event Rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Refunds in such cases will be provided only if stated by the organizer.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider.
